Personal data

when you create your IDILIO.TV account, we collect your contact information (such as your email address) and authentication information for your login (such as a password). Depending on how you subsequently configure your account and payment method, and what features you use, we also collect one or more of the following: first and last name, phone number, postal address, gender, date of birth, and other identifiers you provide to us.

Payment details

we collect your payment data and other information to process your payments, including your payment history, billing address, as well as gift cards and promotional offers you have redeemed.

Purchase information

we collect information about your purchases, such as the information you provide to us when you make a purchase with IDILIO.TV, your purchase history and other products purchased or considered (for example, those in your shopping cart), and your general shopping habits.

IDILIO.TV account/profile information

we collect information associated with your IDILIO.TV account and/or IDILIO.TV profiles on your account (such as profile name and icon, IDILIO.TV game aliases, ratings and comments you provide about IDILIO.TV content), your "My List" (list of titles to watch), "continue watching" information, account/profile settings, and options related to your use of the IDILIO.TV service.

Usage information

we collect information about your interaction with the IDILIO.TV service (including playback events, such as play, pause, etc.), choices made when interacting with interactive titles, your activity in IDILIO.TV games (such as gameplay, use and interaction within games, and progress information or saved games), your viewing and gaming history on IDILIO.TV, search queries on the IDILIO.TV service, and other information about your use and interaction with the IDILIO.TV service (such as app clicks, text entered, pages viewed, access time and duration, and camera/photo access for QR code functionality and similar).

Advertising information

we collect information about ads on the IDILIO.TV service ("Ads," as defined in the IDILIO.TV Terms of Use) that you see or interact with, device information (such as resettable device identifiers), IP addresses, and information provided by Advertising Companies (such as information about your likely interests that such companies have collected or inferred from your visits to other websites and applications). We use this information to support Ads (including behavioral ads according to your preferences).

Device and network information

we collect information about your computer or other IDILIO.TV-compatible devices you may use to access our service (such as Smart TVs, mobile devices, set-top boxes, gaming systems, or other streaming devices), your network and your network devices. This information includes: (i) device identifiers (ID) or other unique identifiers, including those of your network devices (such as your router) and IDILIO.TV-compatible devices connected to your network; (ii) IP addresses (which may be used to tell us the general location of your device, such as your city, state/province, and zip code); (iii) device and software characteristics (such as type and configuration), referral source (for example, referral URL), standard browser and application log information, and connection information including connection type (such as wifi or cellular); (iv) performance data such as crash reports, timestamps, and debug log messages; and (vi) cookie data, resettable device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and other unique identifiers (described below in the "Cookies and other Technologies" section).

Communications

if you communicate with IDILIO.TV (for example, by contacting customer service via online chat or phone call) or participate in our surveys or feedback requests (for example, when canceling the service), we collect the content of such communications. We also collect details of communications we send to you (for example, via email, push notifications, text messages, or within the IDILIO.TV service), and information about your interaction with those communications.

Sensitive personal data

IDILIO.TV does not collect personal data that is considered sensitive.

Directly from you

when you register for the IDILIO.TV service, update your IDILIO.TV account or profile, purchase products or services from us, correspond with us, or respond to our surveys, you may provide (and we will collect) the following categories of personal information: personal data, payment details, purchase information, account/profile information, and communications.

Automatically when you use our service

we automatically collect the following categories of personal information in connection with your use of the IDILIO.TV service: IDILIO.TV account/profile information, purchase information, usage information, advertising information, device and network information, and communications.

From Partners whose products and services you use

we may collect the following categories of personal information about you from third parties whose services you use to access, pay for, or interact with the IDILIO.TV service ("Partners"): personal data, payment details, usage information, and device and network information. Our Partners may include your TV manufacturer, your Internet service provider, streaming device provider, mobile phone carrier, or other companies that charge payment for the IDILIO.TV service. For example, Partners may provide us with: (i) personal data (such as your email address), (ii) device and network information (such as IP addresses, device ID or other unique identifiers) or other personal information to activate the IDILIO.TV service, or present IDILIO.TV content to you through parts of the Partner's user interface; (iii) payment details (such as information associated with prepaid promotions and billing data) if the Partner is helping with billing or collecting payment for the IDILIO.TV service; and (iv) search queries and IDILIO.TV-related commands you make through Partner devices or voice assistant platforms.

From other sources

we may collect the following categories of personal information about you from other sources: personal data, payment details, and device and network information. These sources include:

• Service Providers such as vendors, agents, and contractors who collect or provide personal information to IDILIO.TV in connection with services they perform on our behalf ("Service Providers"). This may include Service Providers such as those who: (i) help us determine a general geographic location based on your IP address to personalize our service and for other uses consistent with this Privacy Notice; (ii) provide us with information to secure our systems, prevent fraud, and help us protect the security of IDILIO.TV and our users; (iii) provide us with payment processing services, including payment or balance information, or updates to that information; and (iv) provide IDILIO.TV games, or parts or functions of those games, as part of the IDILIO.TV service (for example, some IDILIO.TV games are licensed by IDILIO.TV but operated by Service Providers).
• IDILIO.TV Marketing Providers when you interact with marketing campaigns that promote the IDILIO.TV service or IDILIO.TV content. See the "Cookies and other Technologies" section below for more details.
• Third-party sites and forums where we provide support for the IDILIO.TV service (such as an online support forum for IDILIO.TV customer service or for a particular IDILIO.TV game).
• Publicly available sources, such as public posts on social media platforms and other information available through public databases, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Advertising Companies: we may collect advertising information about you from other sources to support Ads, including the following (collectively referred to as "Advertising Companies"): (i) Advertisers who publish Ads on IDILIO.TV ("Advertisers") may provide us with unique identifiers (for example, cookies or resettable device identifiers), (ii) demographic and other information for the purpose of delivering Ads to you;
• Ad service providers that facilitate the sale, operations, and management of Ads ("Ad Service Providers");
• Ad measurement companies that help IDILIO.TV and Advertisers understand the effectiveness of Ads ("Ad Measurement Companies"); and
• Online and offline information providers to support Ads

Provide our service

including making personalized recommendations of IDILIO.TV content that we think may be of interest to you. This may also include personalizing and optimizing service features and functionality (such as how recommendations are presented to you), and localizing IDILIO.TV content relevant to your region, in accordance with our content partners' license terms.

Manage and operate our business

including purposes such as processing payments and any gift cards you redeem, sending you transactional communications (such as confirmation of your subscription start date or information about changes to your account), determining your Internet service provider to help with network troubleshooting, responding to your inquiries and requests, and assisting you with operational requests such as password resets.

Research, analyze, and improve our services

for example, by analyzing and understanding our audience to improve our services and optimize IDILIO.TV content selection and service delivery. This may also include processing your personal information in connection with any survey you participate in.

Enable integrations and promotions with Partners

so that our Partners can promote the IDILIO.TV service and make it available to you through Partner devices and integrations, according to the specific relationship you have with the Partner.

Send informational and marketing messages

including news and promotional communications about our service, new features, available IDILIO.TV content, and special offers, as well as IDILIO.TV marketing on third-party services. Any of these messages, including IDILIO.TV marketing on third-party services, may be personalized for you or according to your likely interests. Please see the "Communication and marketing preferences" section below to change your communication preferences.

Support Ads

including providing, analyzing, managing, improving, optimizing, selecting, delivering, and measuring Ads. We use the following categories of personal information for this purpose: personal data, account/profile information, usage information, advertising information, and device and network information. We use your personal information to present Ads to you.

Security, protection, and fraud prevention

including securing our systems, protecting our business, and investigating, preventing, and detecting prohibited or illegal activities and other security/technical issues.

Comply with the law and enforce the IDILIO.TV Terms of Use

including satisfying applicable legislation, regulation, legal processes, or government requests, and protecting against harm to the rights, property, or safety of IDILIO.TV, its users, or the public, as required or permitted by law, as well as to enforce applicable community guidelines. This also includes determining which IDILIO.TV registration offers you are eligible for and whether a particular device is authorized to use the account in accordance with the IDILIO.TV Terms of Use.

Service Providers

we use Service Providers to perform services on our behalf or to help us provide services to you. For example, we employ Service Providers to provide communications, security, infrastructure and IT, game-related services, to personalize and improve our service, and to process payments. We do not authorize them to use or disclose your personal information except in connection with providing their services (which may include maintaining and improving their own services). To help maintain the security of our service and users, we and our Service Providers may monitor and record the content of communications (such as chat functionality) to identify harmful behaviors, security risks, and violations of the IDILIO.TV Terms of Use and community guidelines. Our Service Providers may process your personal information for the following purposes: provide our service; manage and operate our business; research, analyze, and improve our services; send informational and marketing messages; for security, protection, and fraud prevention; and to comply with the law and enforce the IDILIO.TV Terms of Use.

Partners

if you have a relationship with one or more of our Partners, we may share certain personal information with them to fulfill their requests, in compliance with applicable law. For example, depending on which Partner services you use, we may share personal information so that IDILIO.TV content and features can be suggested to you through the Partner's user interface. Partners may process your personal information for the following purposes: manage and operate our business; research, analyze, and improve our services; enable integrations and promotions with Partners; and send informational and marketing messages.

IDILIO.TV marketing providers

when we perform IDILIO.TV marketing on third-party services, some of those services, as well as the marketing service providers we use to acquire, deliver, optimize, or measure our marketing (collectively, "IDILIO.TV Marketing Providers") may receive information from us (for example, the steps completed in the IDILIO.TV subscription process). Common uses of this type of information include measuring effectiveness and optimizing our marketing campaigns, and avoiding marketing to a device of a person who is already an IDILIO.TV member. IDILIO.TV uses contractual and technical measures designed to prevent IDILIO.TV Marketing Providers from accessing information about specific series or movie titles you have selected, URLs you have accessed, or the series or movies you have watched on our service. We do not share information about the series or movie title selections you have watched on our service.

Advertising Companies

we may disclose certain personal information to Advertising Companies (see definition above) for the purpose of selecting Ads displayed on IDILIO.TV, facilitating interaction with Ads, and measuring and improving Ad effectiveness.

Promotional collaborations

we may collaborate with third parties to offer joint promotions.

Corporate transactions

in connection with a reorganization, restructuring, merger, or sale, or other transfer of assets, we will transfer personal information, provided that the receiving party accepts to respect your personal information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Notice.

Security, protection, and fraud prevention

IDILIO.TV and its Service Providers may disclose your personal information to third parties when we reasonably consider that such disclosure is necessary for security, protection, and fraud prevention purposes.

Legal compliance and enforcement of IDILIO.TV Terms

we may disclose your personal information as necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government request, and to carry out the processing necessary to protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of IDILIO.TV, its users, or the public, as required or permitted by law.

you have the right to confirm whether or not we process your personal information and to access and receive a copy of the personal information we process about you. You may also correct or update outdated or inaccurate personal information, or request that we delete the personal information we retain about you

2. Objection, restriction, and withdrawal of consent

you may object to or request that we restrict the processing of your personal information. If we have collected and processed your personal information with your consent, then you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the legality of any processing carried out before your withdrawal, nor will it affect the processing of your personal information carried out on grounds other than consent. 3. Right to file a complaint

you have the right to file a complaint with a data protection authority about our collection and use of your personal information, but we encourage you to first contact us for any questions or concerns.

4. Right not to be subject to automated decisions

you may have the right not to be subject to a decision made solely by automated means, when such decision produces a legal effect on you or similarly significantly affects you. You may exercise the rights described above when we receive a verified request from you, in accordance with applicable laws

Emails and text messages

if you no longer wish to receive certain communications from us by email or text message, please access the "Notification Settings" option for the corresponding profile within the "Account" section of our website. Alternatively, click the "unsubscribe" link in the email or reply "STOP" (or as indicated) to the text message. Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from transactional messages we send to you, such as messages related to your account transactions.

Push notifications

you may opt to receive mobile push notifications from IDILIO.TV. IDILIO.TV will send you push notifications occasionally according to the notification preferences you have set on your mobile device. If you subsequently decide that you no longer wish to receive these notifications, you can use your mobile device settings to disable them. Please note that some individual IDILIO.TV games may have their own push notifications. We also offer push notifications on certain web browsers. If you accept to receive those notifications and then decide that you no longer wish to receive them, you can use your browser settings to disable them.

IDILIO.TV communications with matching identifiers

some third-party services allow us to reach users with online marketing about IDILIO.TV content or about the IDILIO.TV service by sending protected contact information to that third party. Protected contact information means that we use technologies to convert the original contact information into a value (typically a long alphanumeric sequence) that by itself cannot reveal your identity or contact information. The third party compares IDILIO.TV's protected contact information with the protected contact information in their own database, and there will only be a match if you have used the same contact information with both IDILIO.TV and the third party. If there is a match, IDILIO.TV can then choose whether to send you IDILIO.TV marketing on that third-party service, and can better optimize and measure the effectiveness of such marketing. You can indicate your preferences regarding Communications with matching identifiers in the "Privacy and data settings" option (for the corresponding profile) within the "Account" section of our website.

IDILIO.TV service marketing using cookies and similar technologies

to exercise options regarding cookies or resettable device identifiers collected for IDILIO.TV service marketing or IDILIO.TV content marketing purposes on third-party services, use the tools described in the "Cookies and other Technologies" section below.

Behavioral advertising options

we respect your preferences regarding behavioral advertising, and you can disable behavioral ads at any time by changing the "Behavioral Advertising" setting located in the "Privacy and data settings" menu (for the corresponding profile) of the "Account" section of our website. If the behavioral ads option is disabled, you will still see Ads, but they will be non-behavioral ads. No opt-out option is provided on a Kids profile, as we do not perform behavioral advertising on Kids profiles.

Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out control

IDILIO.TV supports the following self-regulatory programs, which provide additional privacy options for behavioral advertising:

Sharing your account with others

If you share your IDILIO.TV account with other people in your household, make sure they are aware of this Privacy Notice and have read it. This Privacy Notice applies to the use that such people make of IDILIO.TV (except in sections that only apply to the account holder, such as those related to payments). Please note that the account holder controls the IDILIO.TV account and all associated profiles, the account information and all profiles, and can decide to share (or stop sharing) the account with individuals in your household. If you share or allow others to have access to your account, they may be able to see viewing information, account information available in the "Account" section of the service, and information related to games such as chat content and saved game data. This remains true even if you use the profiles feature, although you can add a profile lock PIN on a profile (see Idilio.tv/help/profile-lock). Please note that viewing history, recommendations, "continue watching" list, and other similar information may be available through various features and user experiences, such as Partner interfaces that are integrated with the IDILIO.TV service.

Profiles

Profiles allow users on an IDILIO.TV account to have a personalized IDILIO.TV experience, based on IDILIO.TV content of interest to them, as well as separate viewing histories. Please note that profiles are available to all who use your IDILIO.TV account, so that any person with access to your IDILIO.TV account can navigate to and use, edit, or delete profiles, and the information within, or associated with, those profiles (although, as mentioned above, you can add a lock PIN on a profile).

Profile transfer

The profile transfer feature on your account allows you, and people with access to your account, to transfer an eligible profile from your account to a separate account (including information such as viewing history and recommendations). You can change the settings for this feature in the "Account" section of our website. You can get more information about this here: Idilio.tv/help/transfer-profile.

Account login features

You may have the option to use certain account login features, such as login via email or text message, or a simplified login in the IDILIO.TV app on certain devices. Please note that any device that logs into your account will remain connected unless you log out of those devices (follow the instructions in the section below).

Remove device access to your account

To remove access to your IDILIO.TV account from devices that have logged into the account, visit the "Account" section of our website, locate the "Sign out of all devices" option, and follow the instructions to sign out of your devices. Users of public or shared devices should sign out at the end of each session. If you sell or return a computer or IDILIO.TV-compatible device, make sure to sign out first. If you, or other users on your account, do not maintain the security of your email address, password, and logged-in devices, or do not sign out of a device you sell or return, then other people may access your IDILIO.TV account, including your personal information.

Cookies and similar technologies, pixel tags, encrypted identifiers, and resettable device identifiers

A cookie's text contains a string of numbers and letters that can uniquely identify your device, and may also contain other information. This allows the web server to recognize your browser each time you connect to that server. We use other technologies, such as browser storage and plugins. Like cookies, these other technologies can store small amounts of data on your device. Pixel tags often work together with cookies. In many cases, rejecting cookies will affect the effectiveness of pixel tags associated with those cookies. We can also create, use, and disclose encrypted identifiers. As described above, hashing is a process of converting original contact information (such as an email address or phone number) into a value (typically a long alphanumeric sequence) that by itself cannot reveal your identity or contact information. If you use an IDILIO.TV app (such as the main IDILIO.TV app or an IDILIO.TV game app) on a mobile device, tablet, or streaming device, we may collect a resettable device identifier from your device. Resettable device identifiers can be used similarly to cookies and are found on many mobile devices and tablets, and on certain streaming devices.

Why does IDILIO.TV use these technologies?

We use these types of technologies for various reasons, including: provide our service; manage and operate our business; research, analyze, and improve our services (for example, improve site performance, monitor visitor traffic and actions on our site, and test the effectiveness of our user interface); send informational and marketing messages (for example, deliver and adapt our marketing, and understand interactions with our emails, marketing, and marketing on third-party services); support Ads; security, protection, and fraud prevention; and comply with the law and enforce the IDILIO.TV Terms of Use. These technologies allow IDILIO.TV Marketing Providers to collect personal information when you use our services, and IDILIO.TV Marketing Providers may also collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites. We use pixel tags in our emails to understand how members interact with our service. Our use of pixel tags helps us know when links within messages are clicked, or when emails are opened. IDILIO.TV uses encrypted identifiers and resettable device identifiers to show marketing of our service or IDILIO.TV content on third-party services, to support Ads (including delivering Ads to you), and for analysis and optimization purposes.

Sharing features on our service

You may use the sharing features available on our service to disclose your personal information in the following ways: Certain parts of our service may provide you with options to share information by email, text message, and social or other sharing applications, using the clients and applications on your device; and Social plugins and similar technologies that allow you to share information. Social plugins and social applications are operated by third-party social networks, and are subject to their terms of use and privacy policies. Similarly, some IDILIO.TV game features may require the use of a third-party service, which is subject to that service's terms of use and privacy policy.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, logical, physical, and management measures to protect your personal information against loss, theft, as well as unauthorized access, use, and modification. These measures are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risks of processing your personal information.

Retention of personal information

We may retain personal information as required or permitted by applicable laws and regulations, including to respect your choices, for our billing or record-keeping purposes, and as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. In particular, we retain personal information for the time necessary to provide our service; to manage and operate our business; to research, analyze, and improve our services; to send informational and marketing messages; to support Ads; for security, protection, and fraud prevention; and to comply with the law and enforce the IDILIO.TV Terms of Use. Our retention of personal information is based on many factors, such as your relationship with IDILIO.TV, the nature of the personal information, our legal obligations, and the need to defend or resolve current or anticipated legal claims. We take reasonable measures to securely destroy or de-identify personal information when it is no longer necessary. The IDILIO.TV service may be used, or may be provided, through features operated by third-party platforms (for example, social media content viewing, or voice control provision), or contain links to sites operated by third parties. Additionally, you may find third-party applications that interact with the IDILIO.TV service. These third parties have their own privacy policies. For example, you may access the IDILIO.TV service through platforms such as Smart TVs, mobile devices, set-top boxes, gaming systems, and other Internet-connected devices. These platforms have their own privacy statements or notices and terms of use, which we recommend you review. We may also provide support for the IDILIO.TV service (such as an online support forum for IDILIO.TV customer service or for a particular IDILIO.TV game). Information you post or make available on such sites and forums is publicly accessible (unless otherwise indicated on the site or forum).

Minors

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country of residence) to subscribe to the IDILIO.TV service. People under that age may only use the service with the participation, supervision, and approval of one of their parents or legal guardian. Changes to this Privacy Notice

We will update this Privacy Notice periodically in response to changing legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. We will provide notice of such changes (including when they will take effect) as required by law. For some of these games, you may not need to log into an IDILIO.TV account to play. In such case, some of the provisions of this Privacy Notice (and these Supplemental Disclosures) will not apply to you, such as those related to the collection and use of personal details (see definition above), and the sections related to payment details and billing. Information collected as part of "IDILIO.TV Games on TV or on IDILIO.TV.com," such as usage information, device and network information, communications, and saved games or game activity information, may be linked to the IDILIO.TV account on which the game is running.
